Acquisition Manager / Premier Acquisition Manager - CASA Retail Liabilities / Branch Banking Location : West Delhi Employment Type : Full Time Role Summary: Responsible for acquiring new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers, ensuring account activation, balance maintenance, and cross-selling other banking products. The role is sales-focused and targets-driven. Key Responsibilities: • Acquire new CASA customers through field sales, referrals, and campaigns • Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and account activation • Drive usage, balance maintenance, and customer engagement • Cross-sell bank products (loans, insurance, mutual funds, etc.) • Meet monthly/quarterly targets for acquisition and balances • Ensure compliance and maintain audit standards.
