About the Role: We're hiring a dynamic Associate Program Manager to drive learner engagement and manage end-to-end delivery of online education programs in partnership with global universities. Key Responsibilities: • Own learner experience across assigned cohorts; resolve escalations via email, tickets & calls • Coordinate inductions and ensure seamless delivery of live classes, assessments & projects • Monitor attendance, participation & completion; drive proactive interventions • Leverage AI-powered dashboards to identify at-risk learners • Track key metrics: CSAT/NPS, completion & retention rates • Manage Slack channels across cohorts Requirements: • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) • 37 yrs in customer success, operations, or online education • Strong communication & conflict-resolution skills • Exposure to LMS, Zoom, Salesforce or similar tools
