Kotak Bank is hiring for Multiple roles \\* Elite Banker - HH : Retail Liabilities / Branch Banking \\* Acquisition Manager(Assistant Manager)/ Premier Acquisition Manager-CASA ( Deputy Manager) \\* Personal Banker- Outbound Location : Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd | 40A/2, Lowther Road, George Town, Allahabad 211002 (UP) Employment Type : Full Time SPOC Person : Mr. Asif Azad ( Branch Manager) Role Summary: • Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets • Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel • Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. • Cross-sells bank products to existing set of branch customers, which are mapped • Informs customers of new products or product enhancements further to expand the banking relationship. • Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients. • Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products. • Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts. • Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction Qualifications : • Graduate/Post Graduate (any stream) • 2- 8 years of banking or financial sales experience Interview Details • Date: 8th September '26 (Tuesday) • Time: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Note : Be in formal attire and bring your updated resume.
