Elite / Platinum Banker - HH : Retail Liabilities / Branch Banking Location : South Delhi (Lajpat Nagar/ Okhla Phase -2/ South Extension/ NFC/ Ishwar Nagar) Employment Type : Full Time Role Summary: • Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets • Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel • Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy. • Cross-sells bank products to existing set of branch customers, which are mapped • Informs customers of new products or product enhancements further to expand the banking relationship. • Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients. • Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products. • Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts. • Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction Qualifications : • Graduate/Post Graduate (any stream) • 2- 8 years of banking or financial sales experience Interview Details • Date: 8th September '26 (Tuesday) • Time: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM • Venue : Kotak Mahindra Bank, A 47, Lajpat Nagar - 2 New Delhi - 110024 (Near Lajpat Nagar Metro Station Exit Gate - 1) • Contact Person: Anuj Mehrotra (Area Manager) & Aatish Verma (HR TA) Note : Be in formal attire and bring your updated resume.
