Walk In Drive || Relationship Manager - LAS || East/Central Delhi Employment Type : Full Time Role Summary • Relationship management with Branch Banking, Privy and Wealth across different levels from top management to middle management. • Evolve and operationalize sales plan to achieve volume , SOH and market share. • Manage existing portfolio and Ensuring customer retention. • Ensuring unilateral growth by adding new customers. • Training and Development of the Branch, Privy ,Wealth and external channels. • End to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers & sourcing channels too. • Recruiting and provide training to D0. • Develop relationship and liaise with Internal cross functional stakeholders for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations. • Ensure compliance to banks audits, statutory and regulatory requirement. Qualification: • Graduates or Postgraduates with 2 to 6 years of experience in banking or financial services. • Prior experience or knowledge in Loan Against Securities is preferred. • Strong sales , relationship management capability, Understanding of investment and capital market-linked products, Leadership, communication, and execution skills.
