Job Title/Designation: Field Executive - Site Acquisition - Telecom Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contractual (Under the payroll of Quess Corp) Knowing Local Language(Kannada) is Mandatory Job Responsibilities: • Identify ideal properties for the construction of wireless communications towers and/or wireless installations. • Initiate and handle all lease negotiations with selected/potential property owners. • Identification of the location option within 50 to 100mts distance from the point identified by customer. • Minimum 4 sites quality visits per day to identify the site options. • After approval from the Customer, finalization of the rental as per the rental guideline with Landlords. • Collection of documents from the Landlords. • Preparation of MOU / Lease Deed agreement from Legal Department. • Get signature of landlords on the MOU / Agreement. • Collect the NOC application documents from the circle office and handover to TSP for NOC. • Daily adherence on iMapp (Indus App) tool during field visits. • Must be familiar with the district location/Area & Geography of Karnataka • Report all site acquisition activities on assigned sites. • Drafting and proofing recordable transaction documents, leases for legal department review. Experience: Minimum 2 years of Field Sales experience is mandatory Annual CTC: Starting from INR 3.25 lakhs per annum (will be decided basis current salary) under Outsourced Partner Payroll Other Salary: Perks and Benefits : Travelling Allowances + Mobile Allowance + Incentives
