Job description

The Muthoot Finance Ltd. is currently hiring for the position of **Business Development Manager (BDM)** for the Jodhpur Region. ***Key Responsibilities:*** - **Team Leadership & Target Achievement :** Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve business targets, drive lead generation and monitor performance metrics. - **Business Expansion & Strategy :** Execute strategic plans to expand market presence and identify growth opportunities within the region. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration :** Work with operations, credit, marketing and other teams to streamline processes. - **Market Intelligence :** Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies. - **Compliance & Customer Excellence :** Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. ***Desired Candidate Profile:*** - 3 - 8 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the BFSI or NBFC sector. - Strong understanding of Gold Loan products and services. - Proven experience in handling and managing sales team. - Graduate or Post Graduate degree. - Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Male only **Address**:- **Muthoot Finance Ltd.
