Role & responsibilities • Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction. • Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards. • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase market share. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Preferred candidate profile • 4-7 years of experience in retail management or a related field (jewelry industry preferred). • Proven track record in driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategy implementation. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales staff, designers) as well as external partners (suppliers). • Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions; strong analytical skills required.
