**Role & responsibilities** - Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction. - Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards. - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase market share. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. **Preferred candidate profile** - 4-7 years of experience in retail management or a related field (jewelry industry preferred). - Proven track record in driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategy implementation. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales staff, designers) as well as external partners (suppliers). - Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions; strong analytical skills required.
