- **Positions:** Business Manager, Sales Officer, Senior Sales Officer, and Relationship Manager. - **Responsibilities:** Sourcing affordable home finance, building client relationships, analyzing market trends, and resolving customer issues. - **Documents to Carry:** Updated physical resumes, Aadhar Card, and PAN Card. **Key Responsibilities** - **Lead Generation:** Source prospective customers for Home Loans and LAP through direct marketing, cold calling, and local area mapping. - **DSA Management:** Onboard, manage, and drive business from Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, and connectors. - **File Processing:** Collect required financial documents from customers and ensure complete, error-free file logins. - **Customer Support:** Guide applicants through the entire loan journey from application to final disbursement. **Key Skills & Requirements** - 0 to 4 years of field sales experience (Banking/NBFC experience is preferred; freshers are welcome). - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Mandatory requirement of a personal two-wheeler for field travel.
