Walk-In Interview Details: • Date : 19 Sep 2026 • Timing: 11:00 AM - 2 PM • Venue: HCLTech Candor Tech Space Tower 11, 1 st Floor, Sector 21 Dundahera Village , Gurgaon, Haryana - 122022 • Experience Required: Freshers only • Qualification: B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA || Non-Tech Graduates only and No under graduates please. Key Responsibilities: ● Process simple to complex customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency. ● Handle inquiries from clients related to order status, fulfillment, and product information. ● Use deductive reasoning to make sound business decisions related to order processing and fulfillment. ● Ensure compliance with all company and business policies. ● Administer all open sales orders and ensure appropriate order flow through the system. ● Monitor and evaluate all order issues, working to resolve discrepancies in production metrics and ensuring a high level of accuracy. ● Manage communication with the sales department regarding order status and any necessary follow-up. ● Follow best practices and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to complete the above tasks and other daily job functions. ● Utilize strong researching capabilities to resolve order-related issues. • Candidates should be flexible for Rotational Shift. • Carry your updated resume & ID proof. • Contact Person: Jatin kumar (Mention on your resume) • Great opportunity to grow your career with a global organization!
