Overview of the Role As a Technical Lead specializing in Spring Boot, React.js, and Java, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and maintaining robust software applications. You will lead and mentor a team of talented developers, shaping innovative solutions that support HCLTechs business objectives and digital initiatives. This position is instrumental in ensuring that our technology delivers scalable, high-quality outcomes while fostering best practices and technical excellence across projects. Detailed Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade software solutions using Spring Boot, React.js, Java, and Microservices architecture. • Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and code quality. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide expert technical guidance throughout project lifecycles. • Oversee and conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and software development best practices. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely delivery and maintenance of high-performance applications. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovation opportunities to continuously enhance the development process and technical stack. • Drive agile methodologies for project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met. • Ensure comprehensive documentation of system architecture, processes, and workflows for ongoing support and scalability. Skill Requirements Technical Skills • Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, React.js, and Java development. • Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and implementation (mandatory). • Expertise in software design patterns, system integration, and scalable architecture. • Proven track record of leading technical teams in an agile environment. • Robust problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Relevant certifications in Spring Boot, React.js, Java, or Microservices (preferred). • Experience managing full-cycle software development projects from conception to deployment. Soft Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. • Strong leadership and team-building abilities. • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Other Requirements (Optional) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage. • Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. • Familiarity with API management, security protocols, and performance optimization.
