Shift time - 2 PM to 10 PM / 11 to 8 PM Job Description - Need candidates who can join within 30-45 days. • Experience creating master record (data entry) for customer, material & vendor from the data received through multiple channels • Understanding of master data and ensuring entries are made in the right place in the application • Experience in performing analysis of data and removing duplicates, perform required data cleansing, data quality checks, and fixes • Communicate with stakeholders on master data process and any discrepancies • Experience with one or more domains - Customer, Product and Vendor • Preferably engineers with experience entering master data in SAP What are we Looking For - • This is a purely operational MDM Support role, focused on the day-to-day execution of master data activities within SAP. • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in activities such as: • Creating, extending, and maintaining master data records • Processing change requests • Applying and releasing blocks • Managing approvals and workflow-driven activities • Working within SLA-based, ticket-driven environments • The customer is looking for candidates who actively perform these activities as part of their daily responsibilities, rather than those involved in system design, configuration, or governance functions. Additional expectations: • Experience across Vendor Master, Customer Master, and Material Master domains is preferred. • Strong expertise in at least one domain is acceptable for junior profiles. • Material Master experience is currently a priority requirement • Preferred experience range: 48 years. • Experience working in a Shared Services or GBS MDM Operations environmentis highly desirable. • SAP MDG experience is strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA is expected. • Strong communication skills, active listening, and clear articulation will be assessed during customer interviews.
