Job description

Roles and Responsibilities • Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects from planning to execution. • Oversee HVAC system installation, testing, and commissioning in high-rise buildings and villas. • Ensure compliance with fire fighting systems requirements for residential and commercial properties. • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to MEP services. • Conduct site visits to monitor progress of ongoing works and identify potential problems.
