Walk-in || NON IT- Sourcer

Job description

Role & responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk/non-IT hiring requirements • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers • Handle hiring for roles in Accounts, Finance, CXM, WFM, Operations, and similar domains • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs • Coordinate offer rollout, follow-ups, and onboarding processes • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle Key Requirements: • 14 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment / sourcing • Proven experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring • Exposure to hiring for Accounts, Finance, CXM, WFM, and Operations roles • Strong sourcing and screening skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable working from office 6 days a week if need basis • Flexible to extend working hours based on business requirements
