Job Location Omega Healthcare Wind Tunnel Road, Avalappa Layout, Muniyappa Layout, Murugeshpalya, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560017 Google Maps: https://maps.app.goo.gl/X5UBbLijt1nMCbd27 Walk-In Details Days: Monday to Friday Interview Timing: 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM Salary CTC: 2.5 LPA to 4.2 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance) Notice Period Immediate Joiners Experience Required • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Voice Process • Graduates and Undergraduates can apply • Excellent communication skills required Key Responsibilities • Contact insurance payers to resolve denied and non-denied claims. • Analyze account information and take appropriate actions toward claim resolution. • Follow SOPs, workflow guidelines, issue logs, and process trackers. • Identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement. • Resolve complex patient account issues through detailed investigation. • Escalate payer-related issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution. • Maintain quality standards and ensure accurate account handling. • Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
