Job description

• Experience in Logistics work flow. • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Work on the OS&D process, including tracking and resolving issues related to over, short, and damaged goods. • Monitor video feeds of freight/shipments to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods. • Investigate and update core systems for each transaction related to any category of OS&D goods. • Coordinate with different terminals in freight logistics terminals to ensure seamless operations. • Maintain accurate records of cases, shipments, and logistics activities. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all operations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
