Job Title: Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion Consultant Experience: 5 - 10 Years Technology: Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, ERP Location: Bhubaneswar Key Responsibilities • Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications • Work on functional/technical design based on business requirements • Perform gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration • Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment) • Develop and customize reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions • Coordinate with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams • Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities • Troubleshoot issues and provide production support • Ensure adherence to ERP best practices, governance, and documentation standards • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancement initiatives Technical Skills Mandatory • Strong experience in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion • Expertise in one or more functional areas: • Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA) • SCM (PO, Inventory, Order Management) • HCM (Core HR, Payroll) • Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP implementation/support projects • Proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL • Experience with Oracle Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (RICE components) • Knowledge of integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud) • Understanding of data migration and data validation
