Roles and Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the emergency department, ICU, and other critical care settings. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to diagnose and manage various conditions. • Stay up-to-date with latest research, guidelines, and best practices in emergency medicine and critical care to provide evidence-based care. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce morbidity. Desired Candidate Profile • 8-18 years of experience as an Emergency Medicine Consultant or equivalent role. • MEM / MD degree from a recognized institution. • Strong knowledge of critical care medicine including ICU management.
