**Job Description Branch Operations Senior Associate** **Purpose of the Job:** To ensure customer service and support all backend operation like NB, PS, Accounts Revival, and Lead Generation and to track & increase Persistency and Revival UW. **Duties & Responsibilities:** - Customer Relationship and Services - New Business Processing - Policy Servicing - Claims - Documentation - Business Retention Persistency/Revival - Lead Generations **Academic Qualification:** - Graduate/Post Graduate **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:** - 1-2 years of experience in operations, customer service, Sales calling & operations.
