Job description

Senior Manager- Retention/Renewal Sales (Motor Insurance Process)Vashi Location. Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Insurance Tele sales Executives. Drive team sales targets and ensure consistent revenue generation. Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion rates. Conduct daily huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews. Train team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge. Track team productivity, call quality, and adherence to processes. Ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs. Desired Candidate Profile- 2 to 5 years of experience in Tele sales, Insurance Sales, BFSI Sales, or BPO Sales. Minimum 1 year of team handling experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Insurance sales experience will be an added advantage.
