**Team Leader/ Senior Manager-** Motor Insurance Sales Company: ICICI Lombard General Insurance **About the Role** We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our Motor Insurance Telesales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching team members, ensuring process adherence, and delivering exceptional business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and manage a team of Tele Sales Executives. - Drive sales targets and revenue generation through effective team management. - Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, conversion rates, and pipeline health. - Conduct daily huddles, team briefings, and performance reviews. - Provide regular 1-on-1 coaching and feedback sessions. - Perform live call monitoring, call auditing, and individual audits. - Ensure high standards of productivity, quality, and process compliance. - Manage shrinkage, attendance, and workforce productivity. - Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales skills, and objection handling. - Drive employee engagement and support attrition management initiatives. - Ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 25 years of experience in Telesales, Insurance Sales, BFSI Sales, or BPO Sales. - Minimum 1 year of team handling experience. - Understanding of shrinkage management, productivity tracking, and performance management. - Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills. - Experience in call auditing and quality management. - Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. - Travel Insurance or General Insurance experience will be preferred.
