Nursing Registration: State Nursing Council Registration is mandatory Roles and Responsibilities: • Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care across assigned units. • Assist in surgical procedures and manage pre- and post-operative care. • Collaborate with doctors, anesthetists, and surgical teams efficiently. • Manage and operate OT equipment, maintaining aseptic techniques. • Ensure adequate stock of medications and consumables. • Comply with infection control, biomedical waste, and hospital safety protocols. • Maintain accurate documentation and update patient records regularly. • Ensure compliance with QMS, EMS, and disaster preparedness standards.
