Position: Store Manager Key Responsibilities • Drive store sales and achieve business targets. • Lead, coach, and develop the store team. • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high NPS. • Manage day-to-day store operations, cash, and inventory. • Ensure SOP compliance, visual merchandising, and store hygiene. • Monitor key retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Productivity. • Handle customer escalations and build long-term customer relationships. • Ensure smooth execution of audits and operational excellence. Eligibility • Minimum 4+ years of overall retail experience. • At least 2 years of experience as ASM / Department Manager / Store Manager. • Graduate (MBA preferred). • Strong leadership, communication, and retail operations skills. • Proven experience in driving sales and managing teams.
