Position: Store Manager Key Responsibilities - Drive store sales and achieve business targets. - Lead, coach, and develop the store team. - Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high NPS. - Manage day-to-day store operations, cash, and inventory. - Ensure SOP compliance, visual merchandising, and store hygiene. - Monitor key retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Productivity. - Handle customer escalations and build long-term customer relationships. - Ensure smooth execution of audits and operational excellence.
