**Dear Candidate** **What you'll do:** **Domestic Sales of Insurance Products** **Location: Third Floor,Policy Bazaar Insurance Brokers Private limited, Diamond District 3rd floor, tower B, gate 2, HAL Old Airport Road, Domlur Bangalore, 560008** **Contact Person - HR KIRAN- WhatsApp your resume to 8800013127.** **Interview Mode: Face to Face** **Job description:** **Key Responsibilities:** - Contact potential and existing customers to promote Insurance products. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Insurance options. - Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. - Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems. - Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Ensure compliance with all company policies and lending regulations. - Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive products. **Required Skills:** 1. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Kannada is must 2. Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely. 3. Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers. 4. Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus. 5.
