**Role Purpose:** The Frontline Manager is responsible for building, managing, and driving productivity of a team of Life Insurance Advisors (agents) to achieve business targets, while ensuring quality sales, compliance, and advisor development. **Role Details:** - Designation: Unit Sales Manager - Role type: Individual Contributor - Department: Agency - Reporting to: Branch Manager/L1 **Key Responsibilities:** - Recruit new Life Insurance Advisors (agents) through referrals, networking, and local sourcing, conduct interviews, explain the agency model, and onboard advisors. ensure completion of licensing (IRDAI), training, and documentation. - Coach and mentor advisors, conduct daily huddles, joint field work, and motivate advisors to improve activity levels and productivity - Achieve monthly/quarterly targets: - New business premium - Number of active advisors - Number of New Advisors - Drive focus on quality parameters (persistency, sales quality, product mix) - Accompany advisors on client meetings, support in closing cases. **Educational Qualification/Experience:** - **Graduate** - **1-10 years** of sales experience (BFSI preferred) - Prior experience in **agency/field sales** is an advantage
