Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client financial goals, developing personalized financial plans, and recommending appropriate investment and insurance solutions. The role involves regular client meetings to review portfolio performance, rebalance investments, and address changing financial needs. The Wealth Manager will also identify new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, ensure regulatory and compliance adherence, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated wealth management services. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning, including goal-based planning, retirement planning, and tax-aware strategies. - Candidates should possess expertise in Investment Management and Investments, with the ability to construct, monitor, and optimize diversified portfolios. - Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance principles, including risk assessment, asset allocation, and cash flow analysis. - Candidates should possess a good understanding of Insurance products, including life, health, and protection solutions aligned with client needs. - Relevant bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Business, or related field); professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent are an advantage. - Proven experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory, with strong client engagement and relationship-building skills. - Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities, with a high level of integrity and commitment to regulatory compliance. - Comfort working with financial planning tools, CRM systems, and market research platforms, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
