**Role & responsibilities** **To Plan and Execute Scheduled maintenance and periodical replacements as per Schedule** **effectively at site for minimizing the down time of turbines.** **- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on WTG with optimize resources and in** **minimal timeline.** **- Perform WTG Performance analysis on regular basic and if any deviation corrective action** **to** **be taken within short time span.** **- Able to Perform software and firmware upgrade, calibrations of controllers, whenever** **required.** **- Inventory planning and budget optimization.** **- Able to adopt and execute best learning method in WTG.** **- Support to Digitalization team for establishment of Platform.** **- Planning for tool & spares for maintenance activity and ensuring the availability.** **- Responsible to ensure the calibration of measuring instruments, PPE & lifting Equipment at** **WTG on time.** **- To be identifier safety instructions are made available and understood by the task performers.** **- To carry out retrofitting, modification on WTG & provide necessary feedbacks on reliability.** **- Inspection of operating assets and reporting on abnormalities, to monitor WEC performance** **on day-to-day basis through SCADA & provide feedback on deviations.** **- Taking trials of new Developments under the guidance of HO team** **Raise Non-Conformity & Design change request reports from site if any deviation found.** **- To educate Safety instructions at site like safety Permits, through understanding of** **Troubleshooting, Maintaining WTG Life Time File, reports & other documentations at site.** **- To implement / follow the requirements as per IMS (Integrated Management systems)** **includes** **ISO, OHSAS, EHS.** **- Prepare all required reports and MIS as per defined timelines and ad-hoc reports as and when** **required.** **- Updating of SAP, Near Miss and other portals, identify unsafe acts and conditions to rectify** **and** **implement actions to implement correct procedure.** **- Analyse asset performance data and develop solutions for optimized performance of assets.** **- Participate in all audits and prepare the reports as per standards.**
