The incumbent is expected to drive both business growth and collections in alignment with defined targets and standards, while consistently upholding the bank’s customer-first philosophy. Roles & Responsibilities: ' • Drive sales for the assigned zone in line with defined business targets, ensuring growth is accompanied by strong asset portfolio quality. • Build a sustainable and high-quality asset book while maintaining the required levels of collection efficiency.
