Job description

• Responsibility of managing OYO Workspace center expansions and new center partnerships • for the assigned territory which include: • Curating and managing opportunities for new centers/partnerships in target • micro markets within the assigned territory • Pitching our Value proposition to prospective Landlord Patrons • Structuring deals, and taking them to closure • Working with cross functional internal teams for site selection, analysis, • approvals towards making the center live • Account Management: Ensuring strong relationship with Patrons and • Landlords in the assigned territory SKILLS • Excellent spoken and written communication, strong negotiation and indirect/ cross-functional stakeholder management skills • Good channel partner connect/network among IPCs and DPCs • Strong analytical skills, structured problem solving ability and 1st principle thinking • Deal Modeling and structuring • Ability to understand, draft and negotiate legal Agreements • 4-5 years of experience in similar or roles with Co-Working Operators, Property Consultants or Developers How to Apply: Share your CV at: devadharshini.r@oyorooms.com
