**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage financial accounting, reporting, and analysis for multiple clients across various industries. - Lead a team of accountants to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency. **Job Requirements :** - 4-17 years of experience in accountancy or related field. - Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). - Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using software such as Xero or QuickBooks. - Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
