. **Role Overview** Accounting Operations Man is responsible for overseeing the organization's finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, and inventory costing. The role supports business growth by providing financial insights, maintaining strong internal controls, and leading the Finance & Accounts team to drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making. **Responsibilities** - Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. - Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and monitor cash flow and working capital. - Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely reconciliations and account finalization. - Handle import accounting, landed cost calculations, trade finance activities, and coordinate with banks on Letters of Credit (LCs), foreign remittances, and import documentation. - Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements. - Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants during audits and compliance reviews. - Manage banking relationships, treasury operations, fund flow, and working capital facilities. - Monitor inventory valuation, analyze product profitability, and identify cost optimization opportunities. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, financial dashboards, and variance analyses to support business decisions. - Present financial reports and key insights to senior leadership. - Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, ensuring compliance with company policies. - Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team while driving process improvements and finance automation initiatives. - Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and other cross-functional teams to support efficient business operations and financial performance. **Job Requirements** - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid certification - 47 years of experience in Accounting and Finance - Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks - Hands-on experience with accounting software, reconciliations, and financial reporting - Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently under pressure - Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities - Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and auditors - High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
