Role & responsibilities 1. Lead Ground Operations (G1 Supply): • Oversee evaluation, delivery, documentation, and logistics for the G1 channel • Drive key operational KPIs including fulfilment of scheduled evaluations and deliveries, operational SOP adherence, and quality metrics • Manage hiring, training, daily operational planning and performance monitoring for the on-ground fleet 2. Scale G3 Channel (B2B Supply): • Own the end-to-end funnel for the G3 channel from lead generation to final delivery and price negotiations • Lead growth and P&L for the G3 vertical in the respective geography • Develop and execute strategies to expand partnerships with new car dealerships to maximise procurements from the exchange enquiries • Manage a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) responsible for relationship management and lead generation Preferred candidate profile • 1-3 yrs. of professional work experience, preferably have worked at a high growth startup/FMCG/FMCD in an execution driven role. • Graduate from Tier 1/2 College/University. • Good stakeholder management skills. • Excellent written, communication, research, and analytical skills. • Ability to think creatively about business problems and come up with solutions.
