Male candidates preffered! • Role: Admin Executive • Department: Administration • Location: Nashik / Gonde Dumala Factory (Nashik-based candidate preferred) • Qualification: Any Graduate from a recognized university • Experience: 2 - 3 years (Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup preferred) • Work Schedule: 6 days per week | General shift only | 8.30 hours per day • Facilities: Transport and canteen facility as per company policy Role Purpose The Admin Executive manages day-to-day administrative operations at the Nashik factory. Key responsibilities include vendor coordination, facility services, travel/guest management, employee support, and building maintenance to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace environment. Key Responsibilities • Administration & Facility Management: Oversee housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, pest control, gardening, courier, and drinking water services. Monitor vendor performance, support contract renewals, and maintain admin records. • Factory Building Maintenance: Manage the upkeep of the factory premises, common areas, and admin infrastructure. Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and repair work via contractors, conduct routine inspections, and track preventive maintenance schedules. • Vendor & Contract Coordination: Coordinate with service providers (transport, security, canteen, AMCs, utilities, uniforms, printers, etc.). Handle invoice processing, work verifications, and performance track-backs. • Travel Desk & Guest Logistics: Handle hotel bookings, flight tickets, local cabs, gate passes, reception, and hospitality for employees, visitors, and guests. • Employee Support & Factory Operations: Facilitate ID cards, access cards, SIM cards, business cards, and third-party worker attendance documentation. Assist with employee events (birthdays, training, town halls, factory visits) and marketing material dispatches. • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare official correspondence (sponsorship/visa support letters) and maintain operational compliance with safety standards and internal policies. Required Skills & Competencies • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent vendor management, follow-up, and coordination capabilities. • Negotiation abilities and proactive problem-solving. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Ability to multitask, work independently, and interact professionally with internal teams and external visitors.
