Location: Noida Experience: 4-8 years Were looking for an Adobe AJO with experience in Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and Offer Decisioning Engine. The role involves designing and implementing Adobe-based solutions for personalized customer journeys, analytics, and real-time offer management. Responsibilities: • Design and implement AEP, AJO, CJA, and ODE solutions. • Lead data modeling, ingestion, segmentation, and activation. • Integrate AJO with CRM, email, digital ads, social media, and marketing platforms. • Build personalized customer journeys and engagement workflows. • Work with business, marketing, analytics, and IT teams. • Ensure data privacy, governance, and compliance. • Troubleshoot implementation and support issues. Required Skills: Strong AEP and AJO experience, knowledge of CJA/ODE, data ingestion, schemas, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, integrations, and good communication skills.
