AI Enablement Specialist

Key Skills: Training & Development, AI Artificial intelligence, AI Training, Content Creation, AI Trainer, IT training, L&D (Learning & Development), Open AI, Claude Code, Snowflake, Chatgpt Roles and Responsibilities: • Design and deliver onboarding, workshops, office hours, and ongoing training for enterprise AI tools and approved use cases. • Build role-based enablement assets including quick-start guides, prompt libraries, job aids, FAQs, and short-form training content. • Create reusable automation patterns, prompt templates, and Claude skills that standardize recurring business workflows. • Support connected workflows and integrations across Salesforce, Box, Slack, and Snowflake using approved connectors and access controls. • Track adoption, reuse, support trends, and user feedback; refine enablement content and escalate governance or access issues as needed. Skills Required: • 10+ years of experience overall, including at least 3 years in IT training, technical enablement, or end-user technology support. • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT/OpenAI in a training or enablement context. • Strong prompt engineering and automation design experience with reusable templates, skills, or workflow patterns. • Ability to translate AI concepts and policy requirements into clear, non-technical guidance for end users. • Experience with technical training, instructional design, documentation, and support for scalable user adoption. Good to Have: • Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Box AI, Snowflake Cortex, Okta, responsible AI, or information security program experience. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in training, enablement, instructional design, or a related field. Note:Night shift 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST Immediate joiners preferred
