AI Operation Analyst

Job description

Key Skills: RPA, AI Artificial intelligence, SQL, Power Querying, Power automate Roles and Responsibilities: • Support operational workflows involving automation, data validation, and exception handling across business processes. • Perform reconciliation and variance analysis using spreadsheets, SQL, and Power Query. • Review structured outputs such as JSON files and logs to identify data issues and process exceptions. • Work with ticketing and service management platforms to track, resolve, and escalate operational incidents. • Assist in maintaining and improving RPA and AI-supported operational processes. Skills Required: • 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, service delivery, data operations, quality assurance, or automation support. • Hands-on experience with RPA and Artificial Intelligence in an operations or support environment. • Strong working knowledge of SQL and Power Query for data analysis and operational reporting. • Ability to manage structured data, reconciliation tasks, and variance analysis with accuracy. • Experience supporting service workflows, ticketing tools, and operational issue resolution. Good to Have: • Exposure to Power Automate. • Experience with Freshservice or similar service management platforms. • Ability to read JSON or log files. • Experience in a shared services or Global Capability Centre environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Commerce, Science, Engineering, or Statistics preferred.
