**Roles and Responsibilities** - Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals to drive business growth. - Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and preferences for customized solutions. - Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets by meeting sales quotas. - Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries promptly and ensuring timely delivery of products. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 2-7 years of experience in retail sales or a related field (preferably from an organized paint company). - Strong understanding of architectural paints, coatings, and their applications. - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
