Job description

Key Skills: Customer Journey Analytics(CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer(AJO), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform(AEP), Javascript, SQL Roles and Responsibilities: • Deploy, configure, and optimize Adobe Experience Platform services and Adobe Journey Optimizer features for marketing use cases. • Implement data ingestion from sources such as Adobe Analytics and CRM into Experience Platform using APIs and UI workflows. • Design and configure Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas, audience segments, and profile/segment logic to support personalized journeys. • Build and troubleshoot journey automations, actions, and messages; trigger journeys and activations based on segments and profiles. • Develop custom applications/workflows and integrations using Experience Platform APIs, including IMS authentication and REST-based integrations. Skills Required: • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing technology, campaign management, or Adobe Experience Cloud implementations; 2+ years in AEP/AJO implementation. • Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) implementation experience. • Strong SQL skills for querying datasets and supporting data transformations, cleansing, and aggregation. • Experience with configuring XDM schemas, source connectors, and ingesting data into Experience Platform. • Hands-on development with REST APIs and JSON for Experience Platform integrations and workflow automation. Good to Have: • JavaScript development for API calls and Experience Platform integrations. • Experience with Oracle or Teradata for marketing data and analytics workloads. • Experience with CDP/Adobe Campaign and/or data engineering practices for marketing data pipelines. • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and server-side application debugging/optimization. Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
