Empanelment of new DSA to generate the more business. Providing end to end resolution to the client as well as DSA so as to reiterate client loyalty and ensuring committed services level. Collaborating with key stake holders both within the sales team and at the credit processing unit and ensure both portfolio acquisition numbers and portfolio quality targets are met.
