The company markets its products under its two global brands – Apollo and Vredestein, and its products are available in over 100 countries through a vast network of branded, exclusive and multi-product outlets. **Job Title**: AM/M – Product Industrialization **Location**: Chennai R&D **Reports to (Position)**: **Department/Function**: **Number of Direct Reports (Solid Line)**: 0 **Number of Direct Reports (Dotted Line)**: 0 **Number of Outsourced Reports**: 0 **Purpose of the Job**: Responsible for New product Industrialisation, by working with PLant Technology teams in order to prove manufacturing feasibility for new Products. **Major Responsibilities**: On time Product Industrialization & Prototype trial Planning, Tracking and on time execution. SPOC for R&D Prototypes plan across the plants. Coordination with plant PI team to ensure curing related tool development and execution of NPD and OEM trials. SPOC for product cure cycle across the plants. Responsible for new Raw material and new compound Cure properties related to product performance. Responsible for review of Thermocouple and Hot press study. Responsible for Global PV Product industrialization plan, Product & Process standards Responsible for Product cure cycle management and PV cure system standard development. Responsible for New cure system development to meet new product requirement Complexity management Develop and maintenance of Specification cell Green tyre design guidelines and toolbox development management to enhance speed to market Support related to Digitization of PI Process Ensure and enhance the prototype First time right. Drive technology projects. Prepare & lead all the regulatory audits. Prepare and Publish PV new Raw material monthly requirements and tracking. Product industrialization & Prototype compliance tracking and initiate improvement plan. Follow and certify the critical prototypes based on business priorities across all process and industrialization along with stake holders. **Skills**: manufacturing process Product Industrialization process Quality standards / IATF 16949 / APQP MS Office / MS Project/Power BI/ SAP Strong Communication & coordination with stake holders Team player, Innovative Leadership, Strong communication Analytical & problem-solving skills **Relevant Experience**: 5 - 10 Years **Education Qualification(s)**: B. Tech / M. Tech– Rubber/Polymer technology / Production/ Automobile/ Mechanical
