Job description

**Job Purpose** The person will be responsible to ensure revenue generation from Insurance business by providing necessary support to the concerned team members of Wheels team and Retail Branch team (and any other team, as and when required in the future) in regards to Group Life and Group Health (MLS & MAS) Business, Motor Insurance Business, Retails Life and Retail Health Insurance Business and other products which would get added in future. **Role & responsibilities** > Build a strong relationship with the Wheels teams' DMs & ABMs & Retail Branch team and work along with them to ensure target achievement. > Drive partner insurance sales team through regular engagement with Branch staff. > Regular review & tracking of team performance. > Organize various sales campaign, product launches, etc. at Branch level. > Ensure adherence to end to end business process within the specified timelines. > Adherence to regulatory requirement & monitoring quality of business. > Ensuring timely resolution of queries & complaints, and controlling the instances of advanced customer experience. **Preferred candidate profile** > Knowledge of Branca, Motor, Life and Health Insurance > Banking and Insurance sector employee
