This is a Legal profile where the candidate has to perform customer visits and recover target amount from them by taking legal route. Role & responsibilities ^ Handle matters u/s 138 of Negotiable Instrumentation Act. ^ Handle Arbitration proceedings under Arbitration & Conciliation Act. ^ Court Orders & Procedural knowledge. ^ Execution proceedings. ^ Legal Drafting Preferred candidate profile Candidate with a strong understanding of: • Negotiable Instruments Act, 138 • Arbitration & Conciliation Act • Code of Civil Procedure • Code of Criminal Procedure
