Area Sales Manager (MAX@Home)

Job description

To work within the max health care team, and identify potential patient for homecare services and convert them for the same. Achieve monthly targets. • Sales approach, should be able to drive targets, engage with all the influencers to identify potential patient for homecare services • Perform of comprehensive assessments of potential patients on daily basis and convert patient for homecare in coordination with treating consultant and patient relatives and nursing team leader. • Responsible for stakeholder management • Financial counseling and obtain a valid consent • Identify the patient care needs and intimate concerned team for competent manpower, equipments and consumables for smooth functioning • Maintain and build good relations with the key influencers in the spoke. • Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological support to patients and families. • Maintains a cooperative relationship among home healthcare teams and Max hospital by communicating information; responding to requests. • To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices. • Maintain and update the Sales Data daily • Should know to work on MS Office. Prepare all the MIS related to the Homecare patients. • Take new initiatives to increase business.
