**Role & responsibilities** - **Business Development:** Source new SME LAP cases through DSAs, channel partners, and open market initiatives to meet monthly/quarterly targets. - **Relationship Management:** Onboard, manage, and maintain strong relationships with brokers, connectors, and DSAs to ensure a steady lead pipeline. - **Loan Processing:** Coordinate end-to-end loan processing, including client meetings, documentation, and coordination with credit, technical, and legal teams. - **Portfolio Management:** Monitor portfolio quality and ensure high-quality sourcing to minimize risks. - **Market Analysis:** Track competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to enhance sales strategy. - **Compliance:** Adhere to internal policies, RBI guidelines, and risk management standards. **Required Qualifications & Skills** - **Experience:** 8 - 10 years of experience in sales, specifically within SME Loans or Loan Against Property. - **Education:** Bachelors degree in any stream. - **Skills:** Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills, along with a target-driven mindset. - **Knowledge:** Understanding of local markets, property documents, and financial analysis. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** - Achieving monthly Login, Sanction, and Disbursement targets. - Managing Portfolio Quality (low delinquencies/non-performing assets). - Increasing active DSA relationships and productivity.
