Assistant Business Finance Manager

Job description

• Partner with plant leadership and business teams to drive financial performance and profitability. • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reviews for manufacturing operations. • Analyze plant P&L, manufacturing costs, margins, and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights. • Monitor and report key cost drivers including raw materials, labor, overheads, yield losses, scrap, and inventory. • Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and support corrective action planning. • Drive working capital optimization through effective management of inventory, receivables, and payables. • Support product costing, standard costing, pricing decisions, and profitability analysis. • Establish financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies and processes. • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to improve business performance. • Support business cases, capex evaluations, and strategic decision-making through financial analysis.
