Senior Manager - Program Management

Role & responsibilities • Own end-to-end program management for assigned customers and product portfolios. • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from RFQ through production ramp-up. • Lead program review meetings and monitor execution against KPIs. • Resolve cross-functional issues impacting delivery and customer commitments. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Monitor program profitability, revenue, margins, and cost performance. • Support quotation, pricing, cost analysis, and business case preparation. • Drive cost reduction initiatives through value engineering and process optimization. • Review forecast accuracy and manage customer demand changes. • Lead, mentor, and develop Program Managers and Project Coordinators. • Establish performance goals and succession planning. Preferred candidate profile • Minimum 10 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Contract Manufacturing, or Electronics Manufacturing. • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA or PGDM is preferred. • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is an added advantage. • Proven experience managing multiple customer programs. • Exposure to automotive, consumer electronics is an advantage.
