Job description

Role:- Assistant Facility Manager (Technical) Responsibilities • Ensure smooth functioning of all technical systems (Electrical, HVAC, MEP, DG, UPS, Fire & Life Safety) across assigned floors. • Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure minimum downtime. • Manage vendors/AMCs and ensure SLA compliance. • Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and EHS standards. • Coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution of facility-related issues. • Supervise housekeeping, pantry, and overall floor operations. • Monitor energy usage, maintain reports, and support audits. Preferred Candidate Profile • Diploma/Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. • 3 to 8 years of experience in Technical Facility Management. • Good knowledge of MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Fire & Safety systems. • Experience in vendor management and statutory compliance. • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
