Job description

**Role:- Assistant Facility Manager (Technical)** **Responsibilities** - Ensure smooth functioning of all technical systems (Electrical, HVAC, MEP, DG, UPS, Fire & Life Safety) across assigned floors. - Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure minimum downtime. - Manage vendors/AMCs and ensure SLA compliance. - Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and EHS standards. - Coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution of facility-related issues. - Supervise housekeeping, pantry, and overall floor operations. - Monitor energy usage, maintain reports, and support audits. **Preferred Candidate Profile** - Diploma/Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. - 3 to 8 years of experience in Technical Facility Management. - Good knowledge of MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Fire & Safety systems. - Experience in vendor management and statutory compliance. - Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
