Aster DM Quality Care Limited Job Description Assistant General Manager (AGM) Learning & Development Role Title Assistant General Manager (AGM) Learning & Development Job Family Enabling & Support Function Human Resources Reporting To Head Learning & Development / CHRO Band To be decided Objective Lead enterprise learning strategy, leadership development, capability building, compliance learning and talent development across Aster DM Quality Care. Qualifications & Experience • MBA/PG in HR or Learning & Development • 1015 years of L&D experience, preferably in healthcare. • Experience in LMS, competency frameworks and leadership development. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute enterprise L&D strategy. • Design leadership and managerial development programs. • Drive competency mapping and capability building. • Manage LMS, learning calendars and compliance training. • Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps. • Measure learning effectiveness using KPIs and ROI. • Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives. • Manage L&D budget and external learning partners.
