Aster DM Quality Care Limited **Job Description Assistant General Manager (AGM) Learning & Development** Role Title Assistant General Manager (AGM) Learning & Development Job Family Enabling & Support Function Human Resources Reporting To Head Learning & Development / CHRO Band To be decided Objective Lead enterprise learning strategy, leadership development, capability building, compliance learning and talent development across Aster DM Quality Care. Qualifications & Experience - MBA/PG in HR or Learning & Development - 1015 years of L&D experience, preferably in healthcare. - Experience in LMS, competency frameworks and leadership development. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute enterprise L&D strategy. - Design leadership and managerial development programs. - Drive competency mapping and capability building. - Manage LMS, learning calendars and compliance training. - Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps. - Measure learning effectiveness using KPIs and ROI. - Lead succession planning and talent development initiatives. - Manage L&D budget and external learning partners.
