About The Company Tata Communications Redefines Connectivity with Innovation and IntelligenceDriving the next level of intelligence powered by Cloud, Mobility, Internet of Things, Collaboration, Security, Media services and Network services, we at Tata Communications are envisaging a New World of Communications Selected candidates will be part of Legal Services Group. They will: • work on routine commercial- customer facing and procurement facing contracts. • Drafting of special terms and conditions of customer order forms, purchase orders, etc., SOW, agreements and contracts. • support business and user teams in reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreement both customer facing and vendor facing. • support the creation of legal documentation for various business verticals of Tata Communications; and • perform related duties. • Provide day-to-day legal support on routine matters as part of the global commercial legal, procurement legal teams of Tata Communications. Work with legal operations team to manage legal templates. • Work closely and effectively with business teams, and other user functions to provide them legal support and assist them in finalizing routine legal documents like / restructuring documents, amendments to contracts, customer facing and vendor facing agreement etc.
