Job Title: Assistant Manager - Data Analyst Location: Sector - 14, Gurugram Experience: 4 - 6Years Working Days: 6 Days Qualifications : Any Graduate (BTech/MTech/MCA preferred) Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - Data Analyst to analyze large datasets, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth. The role involves generating actionable insights from historic and current data, automating reporting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, and data visualization, along with solid business acumen and experience in predictive analytics, is essential. Key Responsibilities: ● Data Analysis & Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets (on-premises and cloud) using statistical techniques, data mining, and predictive analytics to identify growth opportunities and understand historic data trends. Provide actionable business insights to drive strategy and decision-making. ● Advanced Tools & Automation: Perform data manipulation using SQL, Python, advanced Excel/Google Sheets (including automation), and build interactive dashboards and graphs for efficient reporting. ● CRM & Data Management: Manage and leverage CRM systems to analyze customer behavior, improve lead management, and support data-driven sales and marketing strategies. ● Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (leadership, marketing, operations, product, etc.) to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and influence decision-making. ● Reporting & Communication: Create clear reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate key insights and support data-driven decision-making across business functions. ● Process Improvement & Strategic Thinking: Lead analytics projects, automate workflows, evaluate and enhance business processes, and apply critical thinking to optimize the use of data for long-term strategic outcomes. Skills we seek: ○ Strong in SQL, Excel, Python (Pandas, NumPy and other libraries) for analysis and automation. ○ Expertise in generating data insights and analyzing historic data trends. ○ 3+ years as a Data Analyst with strong business acumen also exposure into Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics is a plus. ○ Proficient in data mining, predictive analytics, and visual storytelling.
